🏁 Mini 4WD Egypt — House Rules & Fair Play Policy

Designed to keep our community safe, respectful, and aligned with Islamic values.

Mini 4WD Egypt is committed to creating a fun, competitive, and family-friendly environment.
To avoid misunderstandings and ensure everything stays compliant with Islamic ethics, we created
a simple set of rules that all racers must follow. By joining our events, you agree to respect
these rules and our community.

1. Respect Comes First

  • Respect the track.
  • Respect your fellow racers.
  • Respect the judge/referee.

Any aggression or disrespect may result in temporary or permanent banning.

2. Race Start Time

All official races begin at 6:00 PM sharp.

3. Number of Cars Allowed

Each player may participate with up to 2 cars per race.

4. Club Entry Fee

Entry to Club One is 150 EGP per day (paid at the front gate).

5. Track Usage Fee

Track fee is 100 EGP per car. This fee is strictly for track usage and is
not a “payment to win,” keeping everything fully halal and compliant.

Example: If you race with 1 car but practiced with 3 cars that day, you will pay:
3 × 100 EGP = 300 EGP
this should be paid to the judge 

6. Keep the Arena Clean

Please clean your area and dispose of trash after you finish playing.

7. No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden inside the racing arena. We have many young players
and want to maintain a healthy environment.

8. Monthly Track Layout

We will use one track layout per month, with weekly challenges to keep races exciting.

9. Drinks & Refreshments

Please make sure to pay for any ordered drinks.

10. Monthly Champion Trophy

Each month, the top-performing racer will receive the official Mini 4WD Egypt Champion Trophy.

11. Race Rewards (Halal-Compliant)

Winners receive discount rewards—not cash—and nothing that resembles gambling. These are
optional purchase benefits that do not violate Islamic rulings.

Placement Reward Conditions
1st Place 30% off On 1 selected order (max 1000 EGP)
2nd Place 25% off On 1 selected order (max 1000 EGP)
3rd Place 20% off On 1 selected order (max 1000 EGP)

Additional Conditions:

  • Valid for 1 week from race date.
  • Cannot be used to pay old or pending orders.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. Arena Opening Hours

The arena is open Fridays only, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

For any other day or private bookings, please contact Soliman directly.

13. Payment Rules

All payments to the club must be made at the main gate, not inside the racing arena.

🏁 قواعد اللعب وسياسة السلوك — Mini 4WD Egypt

لضمان بيئة محترمة، ممتعة، وآمنة لجميع اللاعبين، وبما يتوافق مع القيم الإسلامية.

نحن في Mini 4WD Egypt ملتزمون بتقديم تجربة تنافسية ممتعة وصديقة للعائلة.
ولتفادي أي سوء فهم وضمان أن جميع نشاطاتنا متوافقة مع الضوابط الإسلامية، قمنا بوضع
مجموعة مبسّطة من القواعد التي يجب على الجميع الالتزام بها.
مشاركتك معنا تعني موافقتك على هذه القواعد.

1. الاحترام أولاً

  • احترام التراك.
  • احترام اللاعبين.
  • احترام الحكم.

أي تصرّف غير لائق قد يؤدي إلى إيقاف اللاعب مؤقتاً أو نهائياً.

2. موعد بدء السباق

جميع السباقات الرسمية تبدأ الساعة 6:00 مساءً تماماً.

3. عدد السيارات المسموح به

يمكن لكل لاعب المشاركة بـسيارتين كحد أقصى في كل سباق.

4. رسوم دخول Club One

رسوم الدخول اليومية هي 150 جنيه تُدفع عند بوابة النادي.

5. رسوم استخدام الحلبة

رسوم استخدام الحلبة هي 100 جنيه لكل سيارة.
هذه الرسوم خاصة باستخدام الحلبة فقط، وليست بأي شكل رسوم “للفوز”،
وذلك لضمان التوافق الكامل مع الأحكام الشرعية.

مثال: إذا شاركت في السباق بسيارة واحدة ولكن لعبت بـ3 سيارات في نفس اليوم،
فستكون الرسوم: 3 × 100 = 300 جنيه

6. الحفاظ على نظافة المكان

نرجو الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة اللعب والتخلص من المخلفات بعد الانتهاء.

7. ممنوع التدخين أو الفيب

يمنع منعاً باتاً التدخين أو الفيب داخل منطقة اللعب، حفاظاً على صحة اللاعبين وخاصة الصغار.

8. مسار واحد شهرياً

سيتم استخدام تصميم واحد للمسار كل شهر، مع إضافة تحديات مختلفة أسبوعياً لزيادة المتعة.

9. المشروبات والطلبات

يرجى التأكد من دفع قيمة أي مشروبات أو طلبات يتم طلبها.

10. كأس البطل الشهري

سيتم اختيار بطل الشهر ومنحه كأس Mini 4WD Egypt الرسمي.

11. جوائز السباقات (مطابقة للضوابط الشرعية)

يحصل الفائزون على خصومات شرائية — وليست جوائز مالية — وذلك لضمان عدم تشابهها
بأي شكل مع القمار. الخصومات مجرد مزايا اختيارية عند الشراء.

المركز المكافأة الشروط
المركز الأول خصم 30% على طلب واحد فقط بقيمة قصوى 1000 جنيه
المركز الثاني خصم 25% على طلب واحد فقط بقيمة قصوى 1000 جنيه
المركز الثالث خصم 20% على طلب واحد فقط بقيمة قصوى 1000 جنيه

شروط إضافية:

  • صالحة لمدة أسبوع واحد فقط من تاريخ الفوز.
  • لا يمكن استخدامها لسداد طلبات قديمة أو معلّقة.
  • غير قابلة للتحويل لنقود.

12. مواعيد فتح الحلبة

الحلبة مفتوحة يوم الجمعة فقط من 2 ظهراً إلى 10 مساءً.

13. قواعد الدفع

جميع المدفوعات الخاصة بالنادي تتم عند البوابة وليس داخل منطقة اللعب.
